 Large Retro Lily Brooch A wonderful example of mid-late 1930's flower jewelry. This huge three-dimensional brooch features two elaborately curved and raised lily flowers, a bud and leaves, all studded with brilliant rhinestones and held together with a fancy bow. Thick cast is goldwashed and slightly worn in some areas. Note Size: 4" H x 3 1/4" W. SOLD |
 Leafy Sterling Brooch With a center of brilliant pave rhinestones, this large brooch sports seven pierced-work gently curved leaves. It was once goldwashed and some goldwash is still visible on the back but the front has been polished to a warm sterling patina. Although tested as sterling there are no marks on it.  Blooming Basket Brooch Studded with many colored rhinestones, the flowers seem to jump out in 3-D in this charming goldplated cast basket brooch. In baroque styling, it's probably made fairly recently but adorable just the same. Size: 1 3/4" H x 1 3/4" W. $25.00 |
 This large brooch appears to have been crafted by an artist to show a potential employer or teacher what he or she could do, a socalled artist's sample or studio piece. The metal is definitely goldfilled, sheet and tubing (cut in half), as well as wires and ready-to-mount components finely riveted and/or soldered. Invisibly set pink navette rhinestones in two flowers, plus a prongset teal navette edged by interesting two-tone smoky rhinestones. The flowers are mounted on wire stems giving a three-dimensional effect. Large ondulated center leaf with incised pattern, delicate scallops. Invisibly mounted clear rhinestones in half-rings outline the flowers. Two multi-petaled all-metal rose buds on stems balance the so very Retro design. Most likely to be worn as seen above on lapel or left side of chest. Long pin stem and ball safety clasp expertly soldered at each end. No maker's or other marks. From c:a early 1940s.  Bouquet by PENNINO Aqua pronged rhinestones pavé atop formal corsage-styled holder with fancy wrap in sterling with in two colors gold-filled, rose and yellow finish in excellent condition. Marked Pennino Sterling. This pin is featured in several collector reference books, including Vivienne Becker's, and considered rare. 1940s. Size: 2 1/2" H x 1 3/8" W (at widest point).

 G.F. Sterling Bouquet by RALEIGH This delightful genuine Retro bouquet sports emerald green crystal teardrop stones and an unusual 2-tone gold fill on stamped sterling silver. The large flower petals are finished in rose-gold, their center rim and the leaves, stems and swirls in yellow gold. The "tie" that holds the bouquet together is left in silver finish.
